Tab 1 · Diary

Ten sentences a day.

Every morning the app asks one question: what do you really want? You answer in ten short sentences, each starting with Today I want or Today I will. No improving, no explaining. You catch the thought before it starts to perform.

What you can do here

Four things, every morning.

1 OF 4

Write ten sentences.

Tap WANT or WILL, then finish the sentence: Today I want… or Today I will…. One thought each, up to 180 characters. When you are stuck, a prompt rotates under the field: What does your body want? What would be slightly improper? What are you pretending not to want? What could happen before sunset? Tap KEEP IT. The counter says 4 of 10 · LET THE HAND SPEAK. A day is complete at ten.

Writing a sentence: Today I want, Keep it

2 OF 4

Listen to the morning talk.

At the top waits a short talk by the goofy guru, “Writing without judgment”, about five minutes, with a transcript. It explains the one rule of this diary: writing something down does not commit you to doing it.

3 OF 4

Get a reflection, if you want one.

If you allowed it, an AI reads each sentence and gives a short reflection, plus a label for the kind of wish it is: DOABLE (you could do it today), YOUR EDGE (it would cost you some courage) or MAKE IT REAL (a dream that needs a plan), and how alive it sounds, like 78% ALIVE. You can switch reflections off at any time; then your sentences are stored only as code your phone can open.

4 OF 4

Look back in Your Days.

A calendar of wanting. Every day you wrote is marked, and each one opens with its sentences and their reflections. “Not a streak. Not a score. A trace of what keeps returning.”

Why it exists

Don’t improve the thought. Catch it.

Most self-improvement tells you what you should want. This listens for what is already speaking.

The first sentences of a morning are usually polite. Somewhere around number six they stop being polite. That is why there are ten, and why nothing is scored: the mirror must never become a judge.

Over weeks, what keeps returning becomes visible to you, in your own words. It is not a diagnosis and not a personality test. It is a trace.
