Delete your account

Open the app, go to You → Delete account, and confirm. Once the app confirms deletion, your account and profile no longer exist. Your encrypted ritual archive, character observations, minute balance and ledger, recognition data, matches, conversations, push token, and app-held purchase status are removed with them. Removal of private profile media and the external RevenueCat record may remain queued in a restricted cleanup system until deletion succeeds. Safety reports, any message you deliberately shared with a report, and related records of safety decisions may remain in a restricted review system for no more than 24 months from the date each record is created. They are used only for safety review, appeals, and legal response. These restricted records may keep an opaque account reference needed to understand a report, but they do not keep your account or profile active. Store purchase records follow the store's retention rules. If you cannot open the app, email support from the address used for your account.

Delete individual data

To remove a journal sentence without deleting your account, open Today and use the remove control on that sentence. This deletes its local copy, cloud ciphertext, and associated AI-analysis metadata. You can also turn off Resonance matching in Resonance, and block or report a person from an introduction or conversation. If you cannot use the app, email support from your account address and identify the data you want removed.

Export your journal

Open You, then Export my journal. This creates a readable dated copy with sentence text and locally available reflection details from that device. It is not a full account-data export and does not fetch other server-held profile, purchase, matching, chat, or account records. Because journal encryption is device-bound, export before replacing or restoring your phone if you want to keep a readable copy.

Subscription help

Manage or cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase. Use Restore Purchases inside the app when an active purchase is not recognized.

Report or block

Use the report and block controls inside a conversation or match profile. For urgent personal safety concerns, contact local emergency services.
