These terms describe the service and the responsibility we share when you use it.
Today I Want to Kiss is a paid private writing, spoken character-study, and optional recognition service. Michael is an AI-rendered guide, not a live person or licensed clinician. AI reflections are prompts for self-observation, not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old. Onboarding requires your explicit confirmation that you are already 18 today because a birth year alone is not exact enough.
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us only the limited permission needed to process, encrypt, store, transform, and match it according to your choices.
Uncensored private writing is welcome. Conduct toward another person is different: threats, harassment, impersonation, exploitation, and non-consensual sexual behavior are prohibited. We may restrict accounts after valid safety reports.
The app sells one-time packs of conversational minutes through the device's app store. Before purchase, the app displays the localized price and number of minutes. Any positive server balance opens new daily writing, portrait creation, recognition after its separate eligibility rules, and mutual text rooms. Those features do not consume minutes; only a connected spoken session with Michael does. Consumables are not auto-renewing and used minutes cannot be restored. Refunds and store purchase records follow the store's rules.
We work to preserve your encrypted archive, but no service is infallible. Keep your recovery information safe and do not use the app as the only copy of irreplaceable information.
You may delete your account in the app. Deletion removes the live account and private app data as described in the Privacy Policy. Restricted safety reports and related enforcement audit records may remain for no more than 24 months from the date each record is created. They are used only for safety review, appeals, and legal response, and they do not keep your account or profile active. We may limit or terminate access for fraud, abuse, safety violations, or material violation of these terms.
