- Adults only. You must be 18, and you confirm it when you sign up.
- Shiva and Parvati are fictional AI characters. The guru is a real person, not a clinician. None of this is therapy, diagnosis or advice.
- What you write stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the features you choose.
- Matching guarantees nothing: not a partner, not a meeting. Either person can pass, leave or block. Agreeing to meet is not agreeing to anything more.
- Uncensored private writing is welcome. Conduct toward another person is different: threats, harassment, impersonation and non-consensual sexual behavior get accounts restricted.
- One token balance. Writing, portraits, the private picture, invitations, meetings and chat cost nothing. Films and the human call cost tokens, bought as one-time packs. Refunds follow the store's rules.
- You can delete your account in the app, any time.

The service
Today I Want to Kiss has five sections: Diary for private writing; Kailash for Shiva and Parvati conversations and films; Guru for the course and human consultations; Burn for seasonal Matchik-making; and You for your identity and Settings. The optional game remains available. Shiva and Parvati are fictional AI characters. Human consultations are with a real person, not a licensed clinician. This is not a clinical or emergency service. Reflections and reviewed understanding are prompts for self-observation, not medical, psychological, legal or professional advice.
Age
You must be at least 18 years old. Onboarding requires your explicit confirmation that you are already 18 today because a birth year alone is not exact enough.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us only the limited permission needed to process, encrypt, store, transform, and use reviewed connection preferences for seasonal encounters according to your separate choices.
Encounters and human choice
Matchik-making does not guarantee a partner, a meeting or compatibility. Participation, a current wish, an invitation response and agreement on a specific meeting are separate choices. Private understanding requires review and its own permission before its connection labels can help an encounter. Either person may pass, leave or block. Agreeing to meet, choosing a kiss, or tapping arrival is never consent to touch, kissing, sex or any further contact. Ask and listen in person. Prefer public meeting places and use your own judgment.
Safety
Uncensored private writing is welcome. Conduct toward another person is different: threats, harassment, impersonation, exploitation, and non-consensual sexual behavior are prohibited. We may restrict accounts after valid safety reports.
Matched duet films
When available, a matched duet is a fictional seven-second animation of separately approved portraits and original door-song excerpts. Both people must approve their own sources for that pair. Automated quality review can reject a result; availability and successful delivery are not guaranteed. Either person can withdraw access for both, as described in the Privacy Policy. Approval does not authorize public publication, voice cloning or use of private introduction recordings or journals. This separate duet choice does not change the token or refund terms for personal video episodes or consultations.
Personal video episodes
Personal episodes are optional fictional films assembled from short scenes. A server-issued preview displays the token cost before creation. The existing wallet reserves that amount once; successful generation spends it, while failed or expired generation returns the reservation. This is a token return, not a cash refund. Script previews expire, and processing permissions are checked again. Video acting is invented performance, not a factual record or a promise of a particular emotional outcome.
Human consultation payment
When available, the two-hour human consultation is paid in tokens from the same balance, not a separate currency. The app shows the current number of tokens and an approximate US dollar value before you call and offers a top-up when you do not have enough eligible tokens. That amount is reserved while the call is arranged. There is no calendar booking: you can call while his light is on, and the guru may not answer. On settlement, only connected time is charged proportionally, rounded up to a whole token, up to the reserved amount. Unused reserved tokens return to your balance; a call that never connects uses no consultation tokens. Returning reserved tokens is not a cash refund. The call can last up to two hours.
Free course and retained call history
The first course block of 52 days and the course preview images do not require tokens. Requesting a later block records interest only; it is not a purchase or an automatic unlock. Human-call recording is optional and requires both participants’ agreement for that call. Retained audio, transcript and recap are available to the caller without another token charge, with deletion and withdrawal controls described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to preserve your encrypted archive, but no service is infallible. Keep your recovery information safe and do not use the app as the only copy of irreplaceable information.
Account termination
You may delete your account in the app. Deletion removes the live account and private app data as described in the Privacy Policy. Restricted safety reports and related enforcement audit records may remain for no more than 24 months from the date each record is created. They are used only for safety review, appeals, and legal response, and they do not keep your account or profile active. We may limit or terminate access for fraud, abuse, safety violations, or material violation of these terms.
